At Braintree (a PayPal company), I work on the disputes platform, building systems that power merchant responses at global scale. The platform handles ~3.8 million API requests per day and supports over 20 million disputes annually, representing more than $2.2 billion in money movement. I design, implement, test, deploy, and monitor production systems across a distributed architecture, collaborating with multiple applications and services. I’ve owned and delivered revenue-impacting initiatives, including launching a new transaction pathway and integrating a payment processor from the ground up. I’m currently leading a major effort to decouple a significant portion of the codebase to improve scalability and unlock additional revenue.
